Money Model & Offer Stack
4-Pronged Offer Stack -- Modeled after Acquisition.com's Money Model Framework
Created July 26, 2026 | Revised July 27, 2026 (Value Equation, Delivery Cube, MAGIC Naming, Guarantee Stack, Scripts, Tone, Writing, Refresh Hierarchy applied)
1. Niche & Market
Core Avatar: Business owners doing $10k+/mo who have a website that doesn't match their service quality.
One niche, one offer, countless entry points. Same funnel, different paint job -- segmented by industry so the prospect thinks "this is for ME specifically." Classic Hormozi playbook: same core four, segmented by avatar.
| Criteria | Check | Details |
|---|---|---|
| In Pain? | Yes | Losing customers daily. Every day without a fix = money lost. |
| Purchasing Power? | Yes | $10k+/mo revenue floor. $5,000 rebuild is a no-brainer ROI at this level. |
| Easy to Target? | Yes | Industry-specific FB groups, IG hashtags, Google Maps, associations, Apollo searches. |
| Growing? | Yes | Every business needs online presence. More businesses online = more bad websites = more demand. |
Industry Entry Points (Same Offer, Different Landing Page)
Each entry point gets its own landing page with industry-specific language, screenshots, examples, and testimonials. All funnels lead to the same offer stack.
- /workshop-dtc -- DTC e-commerce brands (skincare, clothing, supplements)
- /workshop-medspa -- med spas, aesthetic clinics
- /workshop-dental -- dental practices
- /workshop-coaching -- coaches, course creators, consultants
- /workshop-realestate -- real estate agents, brokerages
- /workshop-legal -- law firms, attorneys
- /workshop-fitness -- gyms, personal trainers, studios
- /workshop-photography -- photographers, videographers
- /workshop-contractors -- roofing, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning
- + more as demand shows up
Niche Depth (4 Levels)
Wealth -> Business -> Website Conversion -> Business owners doing $10k+/mo with a site that doesn't convert
The niche is the AVATAR, not the service. The service (Sites That Sell Rebuild) stays the same for everyone. The language changes per industry.
2. Money Model Overview (MAGIC Names Applied)
Client Dream Outcome: More customers from the traffic you already have.
A Money Model is a series of offers. A Good Money Model is a series of offers structured to minimize CAC and maximize gross profit collected in the first thirty days.
Simple scales. As few offers as possible that allow you to make the most gross profit possible in the shortest amount of time.
| # | Offer | Type | Price | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sites That Sell Workshop | Lead Magnet | Free | Get them in your world |
| 2 | 1-Minute Conversion Scorecard (quiz -> PDF) | Lead Magnet | Free | Capture email, personalize |
| 3 | Free training videos on site (4 courses) | Lead Magnet | Free | Build trust, educate |
| 4 | Free resources / downloads (PDFs) | Lead Magnet | Free | Value, capture email |
| 5 | The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint (WYMB) | Attraction | $197 | Liquidate CAC |
| 6 | The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild | Core | $5,000 | More customers from traffic you already have |
| 7 | The Total Conversion Takeover (Price Anchor) | Core | $15,000 | Not actively sold -- makes $5,000 feel like a steal |
| 8 | The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint | Downsell | $497 | Catch the "no"s -- credits toward rebuild if they come back |
| 9 | Extra Landing Pages / Sales Copy That Converts Package / Speed Opt | Upsell | $500 - $1,500 each | Maximize per client |
| 10 | The Monthly Conversion Accelerator | Continuity | $197/mo + 10% revshare (month 3+) | Stabilize revenue + win when they win |
3. Value Equation -- Applied Per Offer
Value = (Dream Outcome x Perceived Likelihood of Achievement) / (Time Delay x Effort & Sacrifice)
Every offer must maximize the top (dream outcome + likelihood) and minimize the bottom (time + effort). Here's each offer scored and optimized:
| Offer | Dream Outcome | Perceived Likelihood | Time Delay | Effort & Sacrifice |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint ($197) | "See exactly where you're losing customers -- and get your first fixes live in 48 hours" | Personalized Loom of THEIR site. Not theory -- their URL, their problems, their fixes. WYMB guarantee removes all risk. | Audit delivered within 48 hours of intake. First visible fixes same week. | They fill out a 2-minute intake form. That's it. You do the work, they watch a video and implement what they want. |
| The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild ($5,000) | "More customers from the traffic you already have -- without learning code, managing a dev team, or guessing what to fix" | PageSpeed 90+ guarantee. 60-day performance guarantee via GA. Before/after case studies with real numbers. Delayed payment (see result before paying again). | Site live in 14 business days. 60-Day Performance Sprint starts immediately after launch. | Zero. They answer a questionnaire, give feedback on 2 revision rounds, and approve the final site. You handle everything else. Zero downtime -- staging site switched in one click. |
| The Monthly Conversion Accelerator ($197/mo + 10% revshare) | "A web strategist on retainer who only wins when you win -- for less than a single agency hour" | Revshare = skin in the game. Monthly strategy call with data review. They already have 60 days of proof before they ever pay. | Ongoing. Monthly stats review + battleplan means they see progress every 30 days. | One 30-minute call per month. They show up, you do the rest. Priority support for quick questions in between. |
| The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint ($497 downsell) | "A prioritized fix-by-fix roadmap any developer can follow -- so you know exactly what to do even if you don't hire me" | Built from the same audit work you already did. Screenshots, annotations, step-by-step. Zero guessing. | Delivered within 7 days. Fixes are prioritized by impact -- highest ROI first. | Hand it to their developer or do it themselves. Each fix is a standalone task with clear instructions. |
Industry-Specific Dream Outcomes (Use These on Landing Pages)
- Med Spas: "15 more booked appointments per month from the traffic you already have"
- DTC E-commerce: "2x your conversion rate on existing ad spend -- same traffic, double the orders"
- Dental Practices: "12 new patient bookings per month without spending more on ads"
- Coaches/Consultants: "Fill your calendar with qualified discovery calls from your website alone"
- Real Estate: "More listing appointments from the same Zillow and Google traffic"
- Contractors: "Turn website visitors into quote requests -- not bounces"
- Fitness/Gyms: "20 new member sign-ups per month from your site without paid ads"
Rule: Never say "more customers." Always say HOW MANY more of WHAT SPECIFIC ACTION in WHAT TIMEFRAME. Specificity = believability.
4. Delivery Cube -- How Each Offer Is Delivered
Six dimensions that determine how value is packaged. Scored for each offer to maximize perceived value while keeping delivery lean.
| Dimension | 14-Day Site Fix Sprint ($197) | 14-Day Revenue Rebuild ($5,000) | Monthly Conversion Accelerator ($197/mo) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Group Ratio | 1-on-1 (personalized Loom of their site). Could test small group audits (3 businesses, same niche, live) to add social proof and peer pressure -- "watch me audit your competitor's site too." | 1-on-1 always. This is a premium service. Weekly Loom progress updates are personal. | 1-on-1 strategy call. Could add a private Slack/community channel for all continuity clients to share wins and ask questions -- makes it stickier without adding 1-on-1 time. |
| Level of Effort (Their Part) | DWY (Done With You). You diagnose, they implement. Frame it explicitly: "I show you what's broken and exactly how to fix it -- you do the fixing. That's how you learn your own site." This justifies the price gap vs the rebuild. | DFY (Done For You). They answer a questionnaire and give feedback. That's it. "You run your business, I rebuild your site. You don't touch code, you don't manage anything, you don't guess." | DWY with DFY execution. Strategy is collaborative (the call). Execution is done for them (edits, optimization, hosting). "We decide together. I do the work." |
| Support Levels & Types | Email support during the 14-day sprint. Add a dedicated Slack/Voxer channel for Kickstart clients -- async voice messages feel premium, cost you 5 min/day. "Direct access to me for 14 days." | Weekly Loom + feedback questionnaire during build. Email for questions. Post-launch: 60-Day Performance Sprint support via email + monthly call. | Priority email support (24hr response). Monthly 30-min strategy call. Add a quick-question Loom option: they record a 2-min Loom, you reply with a 2-min Loom. Feels like having a web strategist on speed dial. |
| Consumption Types | Video (Loom) + Written (1-page "Fix This First" card). The Loom is the main deliverable. Add a single-page PDF per audit: their top 3 fixes ranked by impact, with before/after mockup sketches. Takes 10 min to create, adds $200+ of perceived value. | Video (weekly Loom updates) + Live staging site they can click through + Written (Conversion Breakdown Loom + 7-Day Launch Checklist PDF). | Live (monthly call) + Video (call recording sent after) + Written (monthly stats report + battleplan PDF). The written report is the anchor -- it's what they forward to their business partner as proof of value. |
| Speed & Convenience | 48-hour audit delivery SLA. State it explicitly: "Your personalized Loom audit is delivered within 48 hours of your intake form." Roadmap PDF + video delivered instantly after intake. First fixes can be live same day they watch the Loom. | Site live in 14 business days. First design preview within 5 business days. "You see something real before the end of your first week." | Priority support: 24hr email response. Monthly call scheduled same week each month (predictable). Quick-question Looms answered within 48 hours. |
The 10x / 1/10th Test
If the audit cost $1,970 (10x), what would you deliver?
- Live 1-on-1 screen share (not async Loom) walking through their site together
- Full competitor teardown of top 5 competitors (not 3)
- Custom wireframe mockup of their rebuilt homepage in Figma
- Heatmap setup + 30-day data review
- Written conversion playbook specific to their industry
- 2 follow-up calls (not just 1 at 30 days)
If the audit cost $20 (1/10th), what would you deliver that's MORE valuable than the current $197 version?
- Automated scorecard quiz that generates a personalized PDF report instantly (no Loom, no manual work)
- Pre-built industry-specific fix checklist (template, not custom)
- Access to a 30-minute recorded training: "The 5 Conversion Killers Every [Industry] Website Has"
- This IS your free content ecosystem -- and it should feel MORE valuable than competitors' paid audits
Takeaway: Cherry-pick from the $1,970 list to add to the $197 offer without increasing your time. The wireframe mockup (B9 bonus) and heatmap setup (B3 bonus) are already in your bonus menu -- make one of them a DEFAULT inclusion, not an optional add-on.
5. Funnel Flow
Free content (Sites That Sell Workshop, 1-Minute Conversion Scorecard, resources) -> prospect realizes "my site has problems" -> $197 The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint (WYMB) -> 30-day results review call -> $5,000 The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild (if yes) or $497 The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint (if no, credits toward rebuild later) -> Upsells (extra pages, Sales Copy That Converts Package, speed) -> $197/mo The Monthly Conversion Accelerator (starts month 3 -- 60-Day Performance Sprint free with rebuild) -> 6-month loyalty credit ($250 toward next upsell)
30-Day Gross Profit Per Client
- $197 (Sprint) + $5,000 (Rebuild) + $750 (one upsell) + $197 (first month Accelerator) = $6,144
- 12-Month GP with Accelerator: $6,144 + ($197 x 9 remaining months) + 10% revshare = $7,917+ (before revshare)
- 10 clients on Accelerator = $23,640/year recurring + revshare before any new rebuilds
6. Launch Order -- Get Flow, Monetize Flow, Then Add Friction
From Hormozi's unreleased Secret Chapter: "Get Flow. Monetize Flow. Then Add Friction." Most people try to monetize before they have flow. You need proof before you charge premium. If Hormozi lost everything, he'd start with a free/discount offer -- not premium.
Your Launch Sequence (In This Order)
- Phase 1: GET FLOW (Weeks 1-4) -- Do 10-20 FREE audits. No charge. Record Loom, deliver value, collect testimonials. Target: 5 video testimonials and 3 before/after case studies with real numbers. This is your ammunition. Without it, everything else is guessing.
- Phase 2: MONETIZE FLOW (Weeks 5-8) -- Launch The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint at $197. You now have proof. "Here are 5 businesses I've helped in the last month -- here's what changed." The testimonials close for you.
- Phase 3: ADD FRICTION (Week 9+) -- Add qualification. Application-based booking. Intake form. Video consumption requirement before the call. Cohort model (monthly starts). Each layer of friction increases lead quality and perceived exclusivity.
What "Free" Gets You (It's Not Charity)
- 5 video testimonials -- using the Epiphany Bridge script (Section 17)
- 3 before/after case studies -- with PageSpeed scores, conversion data, screenshots
- 10-20 people in your pipeline -- some will want the rebuild even at free-audit stage
- Referrals -- every free audit ends with the referral ask script
- Content -- every audit is a potential social post, case study, or ad creative
- Reps -- your 20th audit will be 5x better than your 1st. Get good before you charge.
Hormozi's data: Close rates on free vs paid front-end offers are the SAME. The only difference is lead cost (5x cheaper with free). This validates starting free.
Adding Friction (Phase 3 Checklist)
Add these one at a time. Each one reduces volume but increases quality:
- Friction 1: Require watching a 5-minute video before booking. Kills tire-kickers. Increases show rate.
- Friction 2: Intake form with qualifying questions (revenue, timeline, commitment level). Filters out sub-$10k/mo businesses.
- Friction 3: Application-based positioning. "Apply for a Sprint" not "Buy now." Makes them feel selected, not sold.
- Friction 4: Cohort model. "August cohort starts August 4th. 10 spots." Creates natural scarcity and urgency.
- Friction 5: Price increases. $197 -> $297 -> $397. Each increase is permanent. Never bring the price back down.
7. The 4-Pronged Money Model
Prong 1: Attraction Offer (Liquidate CAC)
The attraction offer generates leads AND converts them into customers. It turns advertising into money by offering something at a discount or with a guarantee. Strangers can't verify value, but they absolutely understand price.
| Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Offer Name | The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint -- Win Your Money Back |
| MAGIC Breakdown | M (Win Your Money Back) -- A (business owners with bad sites) -- G (fix your site) -- I (14 days) -- C (Sprint) |
| Type | Win Your Money Back / Credit (WYMB) |
| Price | $197 |
| Deliverable | Personalized Loom video (15-25 min) walking through their exact site with specific fixes + "Fix This First" 1-page PDF (top 3 fixes ranked by impact) |
| Delivery SLA | Loom delivered within 48 hours of intake form. Roadmap PDF + video delivered instantly after purchase. |
| Support | Dedicated Slack/Voxer channel for 14 days -- async voice messages, direct access. "DM me anytime during your sprint." |
| Goal Type | Action & Result Based |
| Scarcity | Only 10 Sprint clients per month. Monthly cohorts -- everyone starts the same week. |
| Urgency (Cohort) | "August cohort starts August 4th. 10 spots." Next cohort after that = September. |
| Urgency (Pricing) | "$197 this month. Goes to $297 on the 1st." Only works if you actually raise the price. The moment you bring it back down, this is dead forever. |
WYMB Criteria (Win Your Money Back)
To win their $197 back as store credit, the client must:
- Watch the full Loom audit -- tracked via view count
- Implement at least 3 fixes -- screenshot proof required
- Post a before/after on social media tagging @lucasjansen -- free advertising for you
- Attend the 30-day results review call -- this is the disguised upsell appointment for the rebuild
WYMB Criteria Design (3 Characteristics)
- 1. Easy To Track -- Loom views, screenshots, social media tags, call attendance. All binary yes/no.
- 2. Gets Customers Results -- Implementing 3 fixes actually improves their site. Realistic criteria.
- 3. Advertises The Business -- The before/after post is free marketing. Every audit client advertises you.
WYMB Credit Rules
- Store credit first, not cash. Default offer: "$197 credit toward your rebuild."
- Spread the credit over time. $197 = $20/mo off the $197/mo continuity for 10 months. They pay $177/mo but stay locked in for 10 months to use the full credit. That's $1,770 in continuity revenue per audit client.
- Never give 3 free months upfront. People fall off if they don't pay something. A discount over the long haul keeps them engaged.
- Put credit toward a MORE EXPENSIVE offer. The $197 credit goes toward the $5,000 Sites That Sell Rebuild, not back as cash.
- Only 10% average actually ask for money back. Real cost: ~$20 per 10 audit clients.
- Don't take blood money. If they ask for a refund, give it. No questions.
Make Everyone A Winner (In Private)
- If they WIN: "Your site improved -- imagine what a full rebuild would do. I'll credit your $197 toward it."
- If they "LOSE": "You started. That's the biggest victory. To show I'm in this for the long haul, I'll credit your $197 toward the rebuild anyway." Do this privately -- never announce publicly that everyone wins.
- Sales script: "Are you looking for a quick fix or do you want to build something that actually grows your business long term?" They say long term. "Perfect -- this audit is the kickstart. It shows you exactly what's broken. And to show you I'm serious about your long-term results, I'll credit the full $197 toward your rebuild whether you hit the challenge goal or not. How's that sound?"
Prong 2: Core Offer (The Real Money)
Client Dream Outcome: "More customers from the traffic I already have -- without learning code, managing a dev team, or guessing what to fix."
| Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Offer Name | The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild |
| MAGIC Breakdown | M (Revenue -- the reason why) -- A (business owners doing $10k+/mo) -- G (more customers from existing traffic) -- I (14 days) -- C (Rebuild) |
| Price | $5,000 flat. No range. Confident pricing. |
| Payment Plan | $1,000 today. Site live in 14 business days. Then $1,000/week for 4 weeks. |
| Delivery Timeline | 14 business days from kickoff to launch. First design preview within 5 business days. |
| Revisions | 2 rounds of revisions included |
| Includes | Complete website rebuild + Conversion Copy Framework (all pages) + 1 landing page + speed optimization + Your Conversion Breakdown + 7-Day Launch Checklist + 60-Day Performance Sprint (2 free months of The Monthly Conversion Accelerator) |
| Support During Build | Weekly Loom progress update + feedback questionnaire after each ("what do you like, what don't you like, anything missing?") |
| Zero Downtime | Built on a staging site, switched over in one click -- your live site is never touched until launch |
| Guarantee #1 (Delivery / Conditional) | If your PageSpeed score doesn't hit 90+ and your site doesn't load in under 3 seconds, I rebuild it again for free |
| Guarantee #2 (Results / Conditional) | If you don't see measurable improvement in site performance within 60 days of launch (tracked via Google Analytics I set up), I'll optimize for another 60 days free |
| Guarantee #3 (Delayed Second Payment) | "Don't pay again until your site is live and you approve it." Pay $1,000 today. You see the finished result before dollar two leaves your account. This IS a guarantee -- frame it as one, not a payment plan detail. |
| Guarantee #4 (First Outcome) | "I'll cover your first month of Hotjar and set up Google Analytics myself -- so tracking is on me until we see the first improvement." Tiny cost ($0-39), massive perceived risk reversal. Shows you believe in the result enough to invest in measuring it. |
| Scarcity | Only 8 rebuild spots per month. Real -- your team can't run more than 8 simultaneously. |
| Urgency (Bonus) | "The Competitor Teardown Report and Mobile Conversion Audit bonuses are only for clients who book this month." Bonuses disappear, price stays the same. |
| Urgency (Exploding) | "Every visitor who bounces is burned forever. They won't come back. They won't trust you. That lead is gone. How many are you burning today?" Use their own traffic numbers from GA to make it real. |
| Positioning | Application-based ("Apply for a rebuild") -- not "buy now" |
| Credit (Ascending) | $197 Sprint fee credited toward rebuild. $497 Blueprint fee credited toward rebuild if they come back later. Every dollar spent with you moves forward -- nothing is wasted. |
What's Included vs. What's an Upsell
Included -- Conversion Copy Framework: Conversion-structured copy -- headlines, subheads, CTAs, button text, section flow. Based on proven frameworks. Gets the job done.
Upsell -- Sales Copy That Converts Package: Customer research interviews, voice-of-customer language, story-driven about page, long-form service pages, A/B copy variants. The stuff that takes real writing time.
Frame it as: "Your rebuild includes the Conversion Copy Framework for every page. If you want the full Sales Copy That Converts Package based on customer research and your brand voice, that's the add-on."
Deliverables on Completion
- Your Conversion Breakdown -- 10-min Loom video explaining WHY each section is designed the way it is and how it converts. Educates them, increases perceived value.
- 7-Day Launch Checklist -- PDF: analytics setup, Google Business, social links, SEO basics, what to post, how to track conversions.
- Before/After Screenshots -- PageSpeed scores, mobile views, design comparison. You keep these for your case study portfolio.
The audit naturally reveals all the problems only a full rebuild can fix. The 30-day results review call (WYMB criteria #4) is where the rebuild gets pitched -- it's baked into the program as a required action, not a cold sales call.
Stacked Guarantee Summary (All Offers)
- $197 The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint: WYMB credit (conditional) + "no blood money" refund if asked (unconditional). Double-stacked.
- $5,000 The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild: PageSpeed 90+ guarantee (conditional, short-term) + 60-day performance guarantee via GA (conditional, long-term) + delayed second payment -- "don't pay again until your site is live and you approve it" (frame as guarantee, not payment detail) + first outcome guarantee -- "I cover Hotjar + GA setup so tracking is on me until we see improvement" (conditional, near-zero cost). Quadruple-stacked.
- $197/mo The Monthly Conversion Accelerator: Cancel anytime, no questions (unconditional). WYMB credit spread keeps them anyway.
- $15,000 The Total Conversion Takeover: Anti-guarantee. All sales final. Elite positioning.
The Close Language (Memorize This)
"I'm not asking you to say yes or no today. I'm asking you to make an informed decision. Both decisions are risk-free. If you say yes -- your site hits 90+ PageSpeed or I rebuild it free, you don't pay again until the site is live, and if you don't see improvement in 60 days I keep optimizing for free. If you say no -- you keep everything from the Sprint and I'll put together The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint for $497 so you have a roadmap any developer can follow. Both are risk-free. But only one will get you where you want to be in 6 weeks. So which risk-free decision do you want to make?"
Then shut up. Wait 8+ seconds. Harvard/UCLA research: pausing 8+ seconds after asking for the sale increases close rates 23-40%. Do not fill the silence.
Rebuild Sales Script (30-Day Results Call)
Step 1 -- Value Anchor (before revealing price):
"Based on what we've seen in your Sprint... (PAUSE 3s) if your site converted just 1% better on your current traffic... (PAUSE 2s) what would that mean for your business monthly?"
SHUT UP. Let them answer. They name their own number. Whatever they say, $5,000 looks small next to it.
For DTC/e-commerce: "If your site converts even half a percent better on your current traffic, how many extra orders is that per month? At your AOV, what does that add up to?"
Step 2 -- Price Reveal + Guarantee Stack:
"The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild is $5,000. (PAUSE 3s) Based on what you just told me, that pays for itself in [their math]. And I'm not asking you to say yes or no today -- I'm asking you to make an informed decision. Both decisions are risk-free. If you say yes -- your site hits 90+ PageSpeed or I rebuild it free, I cover the analytics setup myself, and if you don't see improvement in 60 days I keep optimizing for free. You pay $1,000 today and don't pay again until the site is live and you approve it. If you say no -- you keep everything from the Sprint and I'll put together The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint for $497 -- and that $497 credits toward the rebuild if you ever come back. So which risk-free decision do you want to make?" (PAUSE 8+ SECONDS. Do not speak.)
Tone rules for this call: Talk SLOWER (150-170 words per minute). Talk LOUDER. Enunciate every word. If the call goes perfectly, they spoke for 80% of it and you spoke for 20%. Pausing 8+ seconds after asking for the sale increases close rates 23-40%.
Why the 60-Day Performance Sprint Is Free (Not a Discount -- a Methodology)
"Your first 2 months of The Monthly Conversion Accelerator are free -- that's your 60-Day Performance Sprint. We launch, we watch the data together, we tweak. By month 3 when you start paying $197/mo, you already have proof it's working." Now the free months aren't a giveaway -- they're part of the process. They have results before they ever pay.
Front-End Setter Scripts (Getting Them to the Call)
Your money model has the rebuild sales script (30-day call) but is missing the ENTIRE front-end: how you get strangers into the Sprint. Here are the three scripts you need.
Script A: The 8-Step DM Setter (Cold/Warm)
Based on Hormozi's Cold Outreach framework. Every single message follows two rules: (1) Acknowledge/encourage -- make them feel good, (2) Ask the next question.
- OPEN: "Hey [Name] -- what's going on in your world today?" (warm) or reference something specific: "Hey [Name] -- saw your post about [topic], solid stuff." (cold)
- RELATE: Connect to their world. NOT creepy. Reference their content, their business, something real. "Looks like you're doing great things with [business]."
- TRANSITION: "What's been your biggest focus lately with the business?" / "How's growth been going?"
- CLARIFY GOAL: "So what are you trying to do right now with [their business]? Where do you want to be in 6 months?"
- LABEL WITH PROBLEM: "Got it. So you're trying to [their goal] but [their obstacle]. What's been the biggest struggle with that?"
- OVERVIEW PAIN: "What have you tried before?" / "How'd that work out?"
- CREATE CURIOSITY: "I have a bunch of clients who were in the same boat. I have some suggestions if you want to hear them -- I just like to ask before throwing out advice haha"
- GET ON THE PHONE: "It would take me 23,498 pages to type it all out haha but whenever we both have a minute we can hop on a quick call and I can walk you through it. Would you be up for that? (no pressure)"
Speed rule: Complete the entire DM-to-call process in 48 hours or less. Time kills all deals.
Booking rule: Call them RIGHT NOW if possible. If not, book THAT DAY. Leave an open loop -- don't close the chat clean.
Script B: The ACA Framework (For Every DM Reply)
Use this for EVERY response in any DM conversation. Three parts, every time:
- A -- Acknowledge: Restate what they said in your own words. Active listening. "So you're saying the site looks fine but leads just aren't coming through."
- C -- Compliment: Tie it to a positive character trait. "That's smart that you're paying attention to that -- most people just throw more money at ads without checking."
- A -- Ask: Ask a question that leads the conversation toward your offer. "What have you tried so far to fix it?"
Purpose of first interaction: Get a reply. Not a sale. Not a booking. Just a human conversation.
Script C: The Voicemail Open Loop
"Hi [NAME], it's Lucas. I'm calling in reference to [THEIR COMPETITOR'S NAME]. Give me a call back at [NUMBER]."
Why it works:
- Short -- no overthinking
- Relevant -- mentions their competitor (not you, not your service)
- Opens a loop -- curiosity about what you know about their competitor forces a callback
Don'ts: Don't say "This is Lucas Jansen from..." Don't mention your company. Don't explain what you do. The mystery IS the hook.
Script D: The One-Liner Cold DM/Email
"Are you still looking to get more customers from your website?"
No images. No links. No frills. Just a question. Use "still" for re-engagement (implies they've been thinking about it). Remove "still" for first-time cold outreach.
Adapt per audience:
- DTC: "Are you still trying to improve your site's conversion rate?"
- Med Spa: "Are you still looking to book more appointments from your website?"
- Contractor: "Are you still trying to get more quote requests from your site?"
Script E: The Referral Ask (Use After Every Positive Interaction)
"By the way -- do you know anybody who has a website that doesn't match the quality of their actual service? I'm taking on 5 Sprint clients this month because I want to build out more case studies. I help them see exactly where they're losing customers and fix it in 14 days. I even guarantee they win their money back if they do the work. Does anyone you like come to mind?"
If they say no: "Anyone you hate?" (breaks tension, gets a laugh, sometimes gets a real name)
Volume rule: 100 reach-outs per day. Simple scales. Fancy fails.
Prong 3: Upsell + Downsell (Maximize)
| Offer | Type | Price | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Extra Landing Pages | Upsell | $500 - $1,500 each | After rebuild -- "You've got the site, now let's build dedicated pages for your campaigns" |
| Sales Copy That Converts Package | Upsell | $500 - $1,000 | Customer research-based sales copy, voice-of-customer language, story-driven pages, A/B variants |
| Speed Optimization / SEO Setup | Upsell | $500 - $1,500 | Technical performance they can't do themselves |
| The 7-Day Conversion Fix Blueprint | Downsell | $497 | When someone says NO to the rebuild. Written report with screenshots, prioritized fixes, instructions any developer could follow. |
The DIY Report costs you nothing extra -- you already did the work during the Loom audit. Just package it differently. Some of those people come back for the rebuild later anyway.
Credit-Forward System (Every Dollar Moves Forward)
No money spent with you is ever wasted. Every offer credits toward the next tier up:
- $197 Sprint -> credits toward The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild ($5,000)
- $497 Blueprint -> credits toward The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild ($5,000) if they come back later
- $5,000 Rebuild -> includes 60-Day Performance Sprint (2 free months of The Monthly Conversion Accelerator)
- 6 months of Accelerator -> unlocks a $250 loyalty credit toward any upsell (landing page, copy package, or speed optimization). "You've been with me 6 months -- here's $250 toward your next project."
Why this works: People who said no to the rebuild but bought the Blueprint still have $497 of "sunk credit" pulling them back. And continuity clients who hit 6 months get rewarded for staying -- the loyalty credit costs you nothing but makes canceling feel like leaving money on the table.
Prong 4: Continuity Offer (Stabilize)
| Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Offer Name | The Monthly Conversion Accelerator |
| MAGIC Breakdown | M (Conversion -- the reason why) -- A (rebuild clients) -- G (accelerate growth) -- I (Monthly) -- C (Accelerator) |
| Price | $197/mo + 10% of revenue growth from baseline (starts month 3 -- first 2 months free with rebuild) |
| Revshare | 10% of revenue growth from baseline, tracked via Google Analytics you set up during the rebuild. Reviewed on each monthly strategy call. This means you have skin in the game -- you WANT their site to perform because you get paid more when it does. |
| Includes | Hosting + maintenance, site edits + optimization, 30-min monthly strategy call, monthly stats review + battleplan, priority support |
| Framing | "Your web strategist on retainer for $197/mo -- agencies charge $2,000/mo for this. Plus I take 10% of the growth, so I only win when you win." |
| Guarantee | Cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions. (The WYMB credit spread -- $20/mo off for 10 months -- is what actually keeps them. The "cancel anytime" removes the objection, the credit structure removes the action.) |
| Lock-in | WYMB credit ($20/mo off for 10 months) keeps them subscribed |
| Annual Value | $2,364/year base per client + uncapped revshare upside |
The call is what makes it sticky. Without the call it's "just hosting" and they'll cancel. With the call they feel like they have a web strategist on retainer -- way harder to cancel.
The revshare is what makes it a partnership. You're not a vendor charging a monthly fee -- you're a partner who only wins when they win. That's why you optimize their site every month on the strategy call. You have a financial reason to make it better, and they know it.
Start automatically, not as a separate pitch. "Your Sites That Sell Rebuild includes the 60-Day Performance Sprint free. After that the Conversion Growth Program is $197/mo plus 10% of the growth we create together. I only get paid more when you make more." They're already in the system before they ever pay for it. Cancellation rate drops because they're used to the calls before they start paying.
Price Anchor: The Total Conversion Takeover ($15,000)
The Offer You're Not Trying to Sell
From Hormozi's $100M Leads: have a product at a HIGH price point you're not expecting to sell -- it shows you're not in the same league as your competitors. When someone sees $15,000 next to $5,000, the rebuild feels like a steal.
| Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Offer Name | The Total Conversion Takeover |
| MAGIC Breakdown | M (Total -- implies completeness) -- A (serious businesses) -- G (conversion takeover) -- I (implied: ongoing for 1 year) -- C (Takeover) |
| Price | $15,000 |
| Includes | Complete website rebuild + 6 landing pages + full Sales Copy That Converts Package (all pages) + speed optimization + 6 months Monthly Conversion Accelerator free + quarterly conversion audits for 1 year + ad creative direction |
| Positioning | Mentioned on site or on calls. Never pushed. "We also have The Total Conversion Takeover for $15,000 for businesses that want the whole thing handled -- but most people start with the rebuild." If someone buys it, you just 3x'd your revenue per client. |
| Guarantee | Anti-guarantee. All sales are final. "This is a commitment for serious businesses." Positions it as elite -- if someone needs a guarantee at $15k, they're not the right client. |
| Scarcity | Only 2 Done For You slots per quarter. Real -- at this scope alongside rebuild clients, your team can only handle 2. |
| Urgency | "2 DFY slots per quarter. This quarter's last slot closes Friday." Weekly rolling deadline on the call. Always buyable, but the current slot has a hard close. |
| Purpose | Price anchor. Makes $5,000 feel like a no-brainer. Positions you above the $500 Fiverr devs and alongside the $15k agencies -- but at a fraction of their price for the standard offer. |
8. Free Content Ecosystem (Lead Magnets)
All free content teaches ONE concept and ends with the same realization: "my site has problems I can't see." The $197 audit is the only thing that shows them THEIR specific problems.

|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sites That Sell Workshop | Video (training page) | Audit prereq -- they watch this before the $197 Kickstart |
| 2 | Goodwill Video -- pure value, no CTA | Video (training page) | Proactive outreach -- so much value they come to YOU |
| 3 | 1-Minute Conversion Scorecard -- quiz | Interactive quiz on site | Captures email, scores them into a stage, sends personalized PDF |

10. Attraction Offer -- The Pitch (5 Sentences)
$197 The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint -- Win Your Money Back.
I record a personalized Loom walking through your exact site, showing you every place you're losing customers and how to fix it. Watch the audit, implement 3 fixes, post your before/after tagging me, and show up to a 30-day results call -- and you win your $197 back as credit toward a full rebuild. Only about 10% of people ever ask for cash back, and even if they do, I give it to them -- no questions asked. The credit locks into your monthly strategy retainer at $20/mo off for 10 months, so you stay winning long after the Sprint. Either way you get a better site, I get a testimonial, and we both walk away ahead.
11. The Math
Per Client (Best Case)
- Sprint: $197
- Rebuild: $5,000
- Upsell (1 landing page): $750
- Accelerator base (10 months at $177/mo after WYMB credit): $1,770
- Accelerator revshare (10% of growth -- varies): uncapped
- Loyalty credit redeemed (triggers upsell purchase): $250-$1,250 net
- Total LTV: $7,967+ (before revshare and loyalty-triggered upsells)
10 Clients
- Rebuild revenue: $50,000
- Annual continuity base: $23,640
- Annual revshare (conservative -- $500/mo avg growth per client x 10% x 10 clients x 12 months): $6,000+
- Upsells: $7,500+
- Total: $87,140+ per year
WYMB Risk
- 10% ask for money back = ~$20 cost per 10 clients
- 90% take store credit = pulled deeper into funnel
- 100% who attempt WYMB criteria = advertise you for free (before/after post)
- You never lose.
12. Attraction Offer Lab -- 6 Types Applied
Based on Hormozi's 6 Attraction Offer types. Each one is a different way to package the same underlying service (your audit expertise) to make it irresistible to strangers. Mix, test, rotate.
Type 1: Win Your Money Back / Credit (Current)
$197 Conversion Audit -- Win Your Money Back
Mechanism: Pay $197. Complete the challenge (watch audit, implement 3 fixes, post before/after, attend 30-day call). Win $197 back as store credit toward the rebuild.
Why it works: Zero perceived risk. They think "worst case I get my money back." You get paid, they do the work, and the 30-day call is your built-in sales appointment.
Best for: Warm leads who already trust you a little. DM outreach, email list, social followers.
Credit rules: Store credit first (not cash). Spread as $20/mo off continuity for 10 months. Only ~10% ever ask for cash back.
Type 2: Giveaway
$197 Conversion Audit -- Win a Free Full Rebuild
Mechanism: Everyone who buys the $197 audit this month is entered to win a complete website rebuild ($5,000 value). Drawing at end of month. Winner announced live.
Why it works: The audit is already worth $197. But the CHANCE of winning $5,000 makes it feel like a lottery ticket on top of a sure thing. People who would have said "maybe later" say "yes" now because of the time limit.
Best for: Cold traffic, ads, launches. Creates urgency without discounting.
Variations:
- Monthly drawing: 1 winner per month from all audit buyers
- Referral multiplier: Refer a friend who also buys = 5 extra entries
- Social bonus entries: Share your audit results on social = 3 extra entries (free advertising for you)
- Stack with WYMB: "Win your money back AND get entered to win a free rebuild"
Cost to you: One rebuild every 1-3 months. If 20 people buy audits at $197 = $3,940 revenue. You give away one $5,000 rebuild but the case study + testimonial + content from the winner pays for itself. Net cost after audit revenue: ~$1,060. Net cost after that winner converts to continuity: basically zero.
Type 3: Decoy Offer (Free)
FREE DIY Website Audit Checklist vs $197 Personalized Conversion Audit
Mechanism: Offer a free generic checklist that anyone can download. 20-point "check your own site" PDF. It's useful but surface-level -- it tells them WHAT to look for but not what's wrong with THEIR site specifically. The $197 audit is the obvious upgrade: personalized, specific, actionable.
Why it works: The free version makes them realize how much they don't know. They check 6 out of 20 boxes and think "I need help." The paid audit becomes the obvious next step. The free thing sells the paid thing.
Best for: Top of funnel. Content marketing, SEO, social posts. Captures emails from people who aren't ready to pay yet.
The decoy structure:
| Feature | Free Checklist | $197 Audit |
|---|---|---|
| Format | Generic PDF | Personalized Loom video |
| Specificity | "Check if you have X" | "Your X is broken, here's how to fix it" |
| Fixes included | No -- just the problems | Yes -- exact steps for each fix |
| Follow-up | Email sequence | 30-day results call (built-in) |
| Competitor analysis | No | Yes -- compared to top 3 in your niche |
Type 4: Buy X Get Y Free
$197 Conversion Audit + FREE Competitor Teardown ($297 value)
Mechanism: Buy the $197 audit and get a free Competitor Teardown Report. Side-by-side comparison of their site vs their top 3 competitors -- what the competitors do better, what they can steal, where they're already winning.
Why it works: The competitor angle hits ego. Nobody wants to be worse than their competitors. And now they're getting $494 of value for $197. Perceived value doubles, price stays the same.
Best for: Competitive niches. B2B. Anyone who already knows their competitors are doing better.
Bonus variations to stack:
- Buy Audit + Get Free Mobile Audit ($197 value) -- separate deliverable for mobile-specific issues
- Buy Audit + Get Free Speed Report ($247 value) -- PageSpeed analysis with fix priorities
- Buy Audit + Get Free Copy Swipe File ($197 value) -- headlines, CTAs, and hooks from top-converting sites in their niche
- Buy Audit + Get Free Heatmap Setup ($297 value) -- you install Hotjar/Clarity, they get real visitor data for 30 days, reviewed on the results call
Cost to you: 15-30 min extra work per bonus. Most can be templated. The heatmap one is genius because it forces them to show up to the 30-day call to get the heatmap review.
Type 5: Pay Less Now Or Pay More Later
$197 NOW vs $347 AFTER DEADLINE
What it is: You're not discounting. You're genuinely raising your price over time and giving people a window to lock in the current rate. When the deadline hits, the price goes up -- for real.
How it works for you: "My audit is $197 right now. On August 1st, it goes to $347. Same audit, same Loom, same everything -- just costs more if you wait." That's it. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity. You actually raise the price.
Why it works: People who were thinking "maybe next month" now have a reason to act. Waiting costs them $150. The urgency is real, not manufactured -- and that's what makes it powerful.
Best for: Launch weeks, email blasts, end-of-month pushes, whenever you genuinely plan to raise prices.
Ways to apply it:
- Cohort pricing: "July cohort: $197. August: $297." You raise it every month as demand grows. This is real -- your time becomes more valuable as you get more clients.
- Early bird on rebuild: "Book your rebuild this week: $3,500. Next week: $4,200." Works because you genuinely have limited capacity.
- Deadline on bonuses (not price): "The audit is always $197, but the free Competitor Teardown bonus disappears Friday." Price stays the same, value decreases if they wait.
The one rule: If you say the price goes up, it goes up. Period. The moment you bring the price back down, you've trained everyone to wait for the next "sale" and this offer type is dead forever.
Type 6: Free With Consumption
FREE* Conversion Audit -- Free If You Do The Work
What it is: The opposite of WYMB. Instead of paying first and winning it back -- they get it free first, but lose it if they don't do the work.
How it works for you: "I'll record your full personalized Loom audit -- completely free. You just put a card on file for $297. Watch the audit, implement the fixes, show up to the 30-day results call -- no charge, ever. If you don't do the work within 30 days, you get charged $297."
Think of it like: A gym membership that's free IF you show up 4x/week. Stop showing up? You pay full price. It rewards action-takers and charges the lazy.
WYMB vs Free With Consumption:
- WYMB: They PAY $197 upfront, then WIN it back by doing the work
- Free With Consumption: They get it FREE upfront, then LOSE it (get charged $297) if they DON'T do the work
- Same psychology, opposite direction. WYMB = trust required. Free With Consumption = zero trust needed.
Best for: Skeptics. People who've been burned before. Cold leads who won't put money down but WILL put a card on file. "If it's really free, what do I have to lose?"
The consumption criteria:
- Watch the full Loom audit (tracked via Loom views)
- Implement all 5 recommended fixes (screenshot proof)
- Submit a before/after comparison
- Attend the 30-day results call
- Leave a testimonial (video or written)
Why $297 on the card (not $197): Higher amount = stronger commitment to actually do the work. And the people who don't do the work pay MORE than your normal audit price -- which covers the ones who got it free.
Why you can't lose:
- They do the work (free)? They're your BEST rebuild candidates -- they've proven they take action. They show up to the 30-day call fully bought in.
- They don't do the work ($297)? You get paid $297 for recording a Loom. More than your normal audit price.
- The math: 10 people sign up. 6 complete it (free), 4 don't ($297 each) = $1,188 revenue. All 10 are in your pipeline. The 6 action-takers are pre-sold on the rebuild.
13. Alternative Attraction Offers
The Conversion Audit is your primary attraction offer. These are alternative angles -- different entry points that lead to the same destination: the rebuild. Different people are aware of different problems. These let you meet them where they are.
Alt Offer A: Competitor Teardown
$197 "See Exactly Why Your Competitors Are Winning Online"
What it is: A personalized Loom where you pull up their site and their top 3 competitors side by side. You walk through every area where the competitors are beating them -- design, speed, trust signals, copy, mobile, CTAs -- and show them exactly what's working for the competition and what they're missing.
The deliverable:
- Personalized Loom video (15-25 min)
- Side-by-side comparison of their site vs 3 competitors
- Ranked list: where they win, where they lose, and what to steal
- Priority action plan: "Fix these 5 things to close the gap"
Why it's attractive: Pure ego. Every business owner thinks about their competitors. "Want to see exactly how you compare?" -- nobody says no. They're not buying an audit, they're buying intel on their competition. Way sexier than "let me check your site."
How it leads to the rebuild: The teardown naturally shows that their competitors have better design, faster sites, stronger trust signals. The gap isn't one or two fixes -- it's a fundamentally better-built site. "You can patch these things one by one, or we can rebuild your site to match and beat what's working for them."
WYMB criteria:
- Watch the full Loom teardown (tracked)
- Implement 3 "steal from competitors" fixes (screenshot proof)
- Post a "what I learned from studying my competitors" post on social tagging @lucasjansen
- Attend the 30-day results call
Best for: B2B, competitive niches, business owners who already know their competitors are ahead. Cold DMs that start with "I just looked at [competitor name]'s site and yours -- want to see how you compare?"
Pitch (5 sentences): "I'll pull up your website next to your top 3 competitors and record a side-by-side teardown showing exactly where they're beating you -- and what you can steal from them. It's $197. Watch the teardown, implement 3 of the fixes, share what you learned on social, and show up to a 30-day results call -- you win your $197 back as credit toward a full rebuild. Most people look at this and realize the gap isn't about quick fixes -- it's about how the site was built. Either way, you walk away knowing exactly where you stand."
Alt Offer B: First Impression Audit
$197 "Would You Buy From Your Own Website?"
What it is: A personalized Loom where you visit their site as a first-time customer. You record your real-time reaction -- what you see, what confuses you, what makes you trust or distrust, what would make you leave, what would make you buy. Raw, honest, no sugar-coating.
The deliverable:
- Personalized Loom video (15-25 min)
- "First 7 Seconds" analysis -- what someone sees and feels in the first moment
- Trust signal scorecard -- what's building trust and what's killing it
- The "Would I Buy?" verdict with specific reasons
- Priority fix list: "Change these 5 things and the first impression flips"
Why it's attractive: The hook "Would you buy from your own website?" is a gut punch. Every business owner thinks their site is fine -- but they've never seen it through a stranger's eyes. This is the mirror they didn't know they needed. It's personal, it's uncomfortable, and it's impossible to ignore.
How it leads to the rebuild: First impressions are about design, layout, speed, and trust signals -- all things that can't be patched with a few edits. When someone sees "your site looks like a template, loads in 6 seconds, has no social proof above the fold, and your headline says nothing" -- that's a rebuild conversation, not a tweak.
WYMB criteria:
- Watch the full Loom audit (tracked)
- Implement 3 first-impression fixes (screenshot proof)
- Ask 3 real customers "what was your first impression of my site?" and share the responses
- Attend the 30-day results call
Best for: Service businesses, coaches, consultants -- anyone whose service quality is way higher than their website quality. The DM opener: "I checked out your site and I have some honest thoughts -- want to hear them?"
Pitch (5 sentences): "I visit your website as a total stranger and record my honest, real-time first impression -- what I see, what confuses me, what would make me leave, what would make me buy. No sugar-coating. It's $197. Watch the audit, fix 3 things, ask 3 real customers what they thought of your site, and show up to a 30-day call -- you win your $197 back as credit. Most business owners have never seen their site through a stranger's eyes. Once you do, you can't unsee it."
Alt Offer C: Marketing Multiplier Audit
$197 "Your Marketing Is Working. Your Website Is Eating The Results."
What it is: A personalized Loom where you walk through their site from the perspective of someone their marketing team just sent there -- an ad click, an email link, a social post. You show exactly where that traffic lands, where it gets confused, where it drops off, and where it leaves without converting.
The deliverable:
- Personalized Loom video (15-25 min) -- their site through the eyes of their marketing traffic. "Your ad promises X. The landing page says Y. The visitor is confused in 3 seconds."
- "Hand This To Your Team" one-pager -- 5 specific fixes their marketing person or team can implement this week. CTA placement, headline alignment with ads, trust signal additions, mobile fixes, page speed. Template you build once, customize in 10 min.
Why it's attractive: These businesses are ALREADY spending thousands on marketing. Telling them "your marketing spend would perform 2-3x better if the site actually converted" is the most compelling ROI pitch possible. They're not spending new money -- they're unlocking money they're already spending.
Why the marketing team loves you: You're not auditing their work. You're proving their campaigns ARE driving traffic -- the site is just killing the conversions. You validate the team and blame the site. The marketer gets credit, you get the rebuild.
How it leads to the rebuild: The one-pager gives them 5 quick wins. Their numbers improve a little. Now the founder sees proof that fixing the site = more revenue. But the one-pager is 20% of the fix -- the other 80% requires rebuilding the site. You show them this on the 30-day call: "You implemented 5 fixes and got X% improvement. Imagine what a full rebuild does."
WYMB criteria:
- Watch the full Loom audit (tracked)
- Have their team implement 3 of the 5 fixes from the one-pager (screenshot proof)
- Share a before/after of their marketing metrics (even a screenshot from their ad dashboard showing improved conversion)
- Attend the 30-day results call
Best for: Businesses with in-house marketing, a marketing person, or an agency running their ads. $10k+/mo revenue. Already spending on ads/marketing but not seeing the returns they expected. These are your highest-value rebuild candidates.
Pitch (5 sentences): "Your marketing team is driving traffic. I'll show you exactly where your website is killing the conversions they're working hard to get. It's $197. I record a personalized Loom walking through your site from the perspective of someone who just clicked your ad -- plus a one-pager your team can use to fix 5 things this week. Have your team implement 3 fixes, share the before/after metrics, and show up to a 30-day results call -- you win your $197 back as credit toward a full rebuild."
Which Offer For Which Audience
| Audience | Best Attraction Offer | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Business owner running ads | Conversion Audit (primary) | They're already spending money and want ROI. "Your site is leaking the traffic you're paying for." |
| Business owner who knows competitors are ahead | Competitor Teardown (Alt A) | Ego-driven. "See exactly why they're winning." They want intel. |
| Service business with a template/DIY site | First Impression Audit (Alt B) | Their service is great but the site doesn't match. "Would you buy from your own site?" |
| Business with in-house marketing / running ads | Marketing Multiplier Audit (Alt C) | "Your marketing is working. Your website is eating the results." Validates their team, blames the site. Highest-value prospects. |
| Business owner who's been burned by agencies | Free With Consumption (Type 6) | Zero trust. "It's free if you do the work. Card on file." No risk for them. |
| Warm lead / social follower | WYMB Conversion Audit (Type 1) | Already trust you enough to pay upfront. The challenge makes it fun. |
14. Onboarding Flow (After Purchase)
They pay $197 -> they land on an onboarding page -> they fill out the intake form -> they immediately get their Website Conversion Roadmap (stage-specific PDF + video). Then you record their audit using their answers. The intake form does three things at once: makes the audit better, qualifies them for the rebuild, and determines which roadmap PDF they get.
The Flow
1. Purchase -- They pay $197 for any attraction offer.
2. Thank You Page -- "Before I record your audit, I need a few details to make it as specific as possible. Fill out the form below (takes 2 minutes)."
3. Intake Form -- Tailored per offer (see below). This is where the qualification happens.
4. Instant Delivery -- Based on their answers, they immediately get their stage-specific Website Conversion Roadmap PDF + the roadmap video. Value delivered before you even open their site.
5. You Record -- Using their intake answers, you record a sharper, more targeted Loom. You already know their revenue, stage, competitors, and pain points.
Conversion Audit Intake
- What's your website URL?
- What does your business do? (1 sentence)
- How much monthly revenue are you doing right now?
- Are you currently running ads or doing any paid marketing?
- What's the #1 thing you want your website to do better?
- How long have you had your current site?
Competitor Teardown Intake
- What's your website URL?
- Who are your top 3 competitors? (URLs)
- What does your business do? (1 sentence)
- How much monthly revenue are you doing right now?
- What do you think your competitors do better than you online?
- What do you think YOU do better than them?
Marketing Multiplier Audit Intake
- What's your website URL?
- What does your business do? (1 sentence)
- How much monthly revenue are you doing right now?
- How much are you spending on marketing per month? (ads, agency, tools, etc.)
- Who handles your marketing? (in-house person, team, agency, yourself)
- What's your biggest frustration with your marketing results right now?
- Where does most of your traffic come from? (Google ads, Meta ads, social, email, other)
First Impression Audit Intake
- What's your website URL?
- What does your business do? (1 sentence)
- How much monthly revenue are you doing right now?
- What do you THINK someone's first impression of your site is?
- Who is your ideal customer?
- When was the last time your site was updated or redesigned?
What the answers tell you (behind the scenes):
- Revenue: Can they afford the rebuild? Under $5k/mo = probably not. $10k+/mo = prime candidate.
- Running ads? If yes, the "you're pouring money into a broken site" angle is devastating on the Loom.
- How long they've had the site: 3+ years = outdated. Under 1 year = they already know it's not working.
- "What do you think your first impression is?": Now you have the gap between their perception and reality. "You told me X. Here's what I actually see."
- Competitor URLs: You can reference these in ANY audit, even if they didn't buy the Competitor Teardown.
- Stage identification: Their answers tell you which of the 5 stages they're in -- which determines which roadmap PDF they get.
15. Testimonial Capture SOP (Epiphany Bridge Method)
Every testimonial must have a BEFORE state and an AFTER state. "They made me $10,000!" means nothing without contrast. "I was losing 80% of my traffic and couldn't figure out why -- now my site converts 3x and I booked 12 new clients last month" -- that sells.
When to Ask
- Timing: Within 1 day of an inflection point -- a great result, a milestone, a positive comment they make on a call. Strike while the emotion is hot.
- Format: Schedule a 15-minute video call within 2 business days. Record it (with permission).
- Always ask: "Can we use parts of this video in our marketing?" Get it on camera.
The 6-Question Epiphany Bridge Script
Ask these in order. Let them talk. Do not interrupt. The story sells itself.
- "Tell me your name and what your business does." -- Gets them comfortable on camera. Keep it to 1-2 sentences.
- "How was your website situation before we worked together?" -- The BEFORE state. External facts: what wasn't working, what they were struggling with.
- "How did that make you feel? What were you unable to do that you wished you could?" -- The INTERNAL before state. This is where emotion lives. "I was embarrassed to send people to my site." "I knew I was losing customers but didn't know where."
- "How did you find me? What were your doubts? What made you say yes anyway?" -- The BRIDGE. This handles future prospects' objections for you. "I was skeptical because I'd been burned by a designer before, but the WYMB guarantee made it risk-free."
- "Where are you at now? How does that feel? What are you able to do now that you couldn't before?" -- The AFTER state. External results + internal feeling. "My site loads in 1.8 seconds, I went from 2 leads a week to 9, and I actually feel proud sending people to my site now."
- "What would you tell someone who's watching this right now and is unsure about taking the next step?" -- The CTA. They close for you. This is the line you clip and use in ads.
Where to Capture (Built Into Your Process)
- After The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint: At the 30-day results call. "Before we talk about next steps -- I'd love to get your honest take on how the Sprint went. Mind if I record a quick 5 minutes?" Perfect timing because they just saw results.
- After The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild: On the first Monthly Conversion Accelerator call (month 1 of the 60-Day Performance Sprint). They've seen the new site live, traffic is hitting it, they're excited. "Your site's been live for 3 weeks -- how's it been? Mind if I capture this?"
- During The Monthly Conversion Accelerator: When they share a win on a monthly call. "Wait -- that's incredible. Can I record you saying that? Other business owners need to hear this."
What To Do With Testimonials
- Full video: Website testimonials page, YouTube, social proof on landing pages
- 15-second clip (Question 6 answer): Instagram/TikTok Reels, ad creative, email signature
- Written transcript (bold the best line): Website, proposals, case study PDFs
- Before/after screenshots: Social posts, ad creative, the Competitor Teardown bonus
- PageSpeed scores (before vs after): Lead magnet proof, landing page trust signals
Target: 5 video testimonials before launching the paid Sprint. 10 before running ads. Every rebuild client = 1 new testimonial, no exceptions.
16. The Website Conversion Roadmap
Modeled after Acquisition.com's $100M Scaling Roadmap. It FEELS personalized but it's really 5 pre-built PDFs -- one per stage. Based on their intake answers, you identify their stage and send the right one. 5 minutes of work, $497 of perceived value.
How It Works
It's not custom. It's stage-specific. Alex's "$100M Scaling Roadmap" isn't a custom document -- it's a different PDF for each business stage (Improvise, Monetize, Advertise, etc). Yours works the same way.
You build 5 PDFs, one for each stage. Each PDF covers:
- Where they are right now (their stage)
- The specific constraints holding them back at this stage
- What they need to fix / build to graduate to the next stage
- What the next level looks like (the vision)
- A checklist of actions they can take right now
Based on their intake answers, you send the right PDF. They think it's personalized. It's actually one of five templates.
The 5 Stage-Specific Roadmaps
Stage 1 PDF: "No Website" Roadmap
- Their reality: No online presence. Relying on word of mouth and social only.
- The constraint: Invisible to anyone who Googles them. Referrals check their site and find nothing. Credibility = zero.
- What to fix: Get a foundational site live. Homepage, about, services, contact. Mobile-first. Fast.
- The vision: "When someone Googles your name, they find a site that makes them want to call you."
- Leads to: Full website build (Rebuild)
Stage 2 PDF: "Template / DIY Site" Roadmap
- Their reality: Wix, Squarespace, or a cheap template. It exists but looks like everyone else's.
- The constraint: No differentiation. No trust signals. Visitors can't tell them apart from competitors. The site says "I'm not serious enough to invest in my business."
- What to fix: Custom design that matches service quality. Real photography. Testimonials. Clear offer.
- The vision: "A site that looks like you charge what you're worth."
- Leads to: Custom website rebuild (Rebuild)
Stage 3 PDF: "Outdated Site" Roadmap
- Their reality: Built 3+ years ago. Was good once. Now looks dated, loads slow, mobile is broken.
- The constraint: Speed kills SEO rankings. Broken mobile kills 60%+ of traffic. Design communicates "we stopped caring." Competitors with modern sites are winning by default.
- What to fix: Modern rebuild. Mobile-first. Sub-3-second load time. Current trust patterns (video, social proof, clear CTAs).
- The vision: "A site that works as hard as you do -- fast, modern, and built for how people browse in 2026."
- Leads to: Full modern rebuild (Rebuild)
Stage 4 PDF: "Looks Good, Doesn't Convert" Roadmap
- Their reality: Professionally designed. Looks great. But traffic comes and leaves without taking action.
- The constraint: No conversion architecture. No clear CTA flow. Pretty but passive. A brochure, not a sales machine.
- What to fix: CTA hierarchy, landing pages for campaigns, copy rewrite focused on outcomes not features, social proof placement, lead capture.
- The vision: "Same traffic, 2-3x the leads. Your site starts working like a salesperson, not a poster."
- Leads to: Conversion rebuild + landing pages (Rebuild + Upsells)
Stage 5 PDF: "Converts But Can't Scale" Roadmap
- Their reality: Site works for current traffic. But can't handle growth. One landing page, one audience, no system.
- The constraint: Can't run ads to it effectively. Can't serve multiple customer types. No dedicated campaign pages. Growth = chaos.
- What to fix: Dedicated landing pages per audience/campaign. Speed optimization for ad traffic. Analytics setup. Ongoing strategy.
- The vision: "A site that scales with you -- every campaign has a dedicated page, every audience has a tailored path."
- Leads to: Landing pages + speed optimization + continuity (Upsells + Continuity)
The Video (Record Once)
Title: "The Website Conversion Roadmap -- Which Stage Is Your Website In?"
Length: 8-12 minutes
Structure:
- 0:00 - 1:00: "Most business owners don't know what stage their website is in. That's why they waste money on the wrong fixes. Here are the 5 stages."
- 1:00 - 8:00: Walk through each stage with real examples (screenshots of sites at each level). Show what "good" looks like vs what they probably have.
- 8:00 - 10:00: "Based on what you told me in the intake form, I've identified which stage you're in. Your roadmap PDF shows exactly what's holding you back and what to focus on first."
- 10:00 - 12:00: Bridge to the audit. "Watch for your personalized Loom in the next 48 hours. That's where I walk through YOUR specific site and show you exactly what to fix. In the meantime, go through your roadmap and start checking off what you can do on your own."
CTA at end: Links to your free training courses. Keeps them in your world while they wait for the audit Loom.
Why The Website Conversion Roadmap Is A Weapon
- It qualifies without feeling like qualification. They think they're getting a valuable roadmap. You're learning their revenue, stage, and readiness to buy.
- 5 PDFs, not 1. Each stage gets its own PDF with stage-specific problems, fixes, and vision. Feels custom. Built once.
- It educates before the audit. By the time they watch the Loom, they already know their stage and what "good" looks like. The audit just confirms it with their specific site.
- It pre-sells the rebuild. Stages 1-4 all lead directly to "you need a rebuild." They arrive at that conclusion themselves.
- Immediately delivered. They buy, fill out the form, get the roadmap + video instantly. Value before you even open their site.
- Perceived value: $497. "Your Website Conversion Roadmap" sounds premium. It's one of five template PDFs and a pre-recorded video.
17. Bonus Menu -- Stack On Any Offer
Bonuses increase perceived value without changing the price. Three rules from the Bonus Creation Checklist:
- Rule 1: Present bonuses AFTER the price is stated -- never before. The price anchors; the bonuses tip the scale.
- Rule 2: Every bonus should cost you nothing extra, advertise your business, or pull them toward the core offer.
- Rule 3: Solve their NEXT logical problem before they encounter it -- not just the current one.
| # | Bonus | Perceived Value | Real Cost | Strategic Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| B1 | Competitor Teardown Report -- side-by-side vs top 3 competitors | $297 | 20 min extra research | Hits ego, shows gaps only a rebuild fixes |
| B2 | Mobile Conversion Audit -- separate mobile-specific Loom | $197 | 10 min (already looking at mobile) | Doubles the deliverable count, reveals more problems |
| B3 | Heatmap Setup + 30-Day Read -- install Hotjar/Clarity, review data on the 30-day call | $297 | 5 min install, 15 min review | FORCES them to show up to the 30-day call to get the data |
| B4 | Copy Swipe File -- headlines, CTAs, trust badges from top converters in their niche | $197 | Template, customize 10 min | They try to implement themselves, realize it's hard, hire you |
| B5 | Priority Rebuild Slot -- skip the queue, start within 48 hours | Priceless | $0 (scheduling) | Pure urgency, costs nothing, makes them feel VIP |
| B6 | SEO Quick-Win Report -- 5 fastest SEO fixes with expected traffic impact | $247 | 15 min (semi-automated) | Opens the door to SEO as an upsell service |
| B7 | Social Proof Toolkit -- testimonial request templates, review platform setup, trust badge pack | $147 | $0 (built once, sent to everyone) | Helps them get reviews, which improves their site, which proves your value |
| B8 | Revenue Leak Calculator -- spreadsheet showing estimated $/month lost from each conversion gap | $197 | Template + 10 min customization | Puts a dollar number on the problem. "You're losing $2,400/mo" sells the $3,500 rebuild |
| B9 | "What I'd Build" Wireframe -- rough mockup of their rebuilt site | $497 | 20-30 min in Figma | They see the vision. Hardest bonus to say no to. Use selectively for high-value prospects. |
| B10 | 30-Day Post-Launch Support -- DM/email access for quick questions after rebuild | $297 | 5 min/day average | Reduces buyer anxiety on the core offer. "What if something breaks?" |
| B11 | Website Conversion Roadmap -- stage-specific PDF + video showing where they are, what's holding them back, and what they need next (5 pre-built PDFs, one per stage) | $497 | 5 min (template + stage selection) | Qualifies without feeling like qualification. Pre-sells the rebuild before the audit even starts. Delivered instantly after purchase. |
B12-B14: Next Logical Problem Bonuses
After the rebuild, their next problem is "how do I drive traffic to this new site?" You need bonuses that solve that BEFORE they ask.
| # | Bonus | Perceived Value | Real Cost | Strategic Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| B12 | 30-Day Traffic Jumpstart Checklist -- 10 free traffic actions they can take in the first month (Google Business optimization, social sharing templates, email announcement swipe copy, directory listings, referral ask scripts) | $197 | $0 (built once, sent to everyone) | Solves the "now what?" problem. They launch a new site and immediately know how to get eyes on it. Also proves your site works -- when traffic comes and converts, they stay on continuity. |
| B13 | Email Announcement Sequence -- 3 pre-written emails they send to their list announcing the new site. Subject lines, body copy, CTA. Just paste and send. | $147 | $0 (template, customize 5 min) | Drives immediate traffic to the new site. If they don't have a list, this surfaces that gap -- which you can solve later. |
| B14 | Google Business Profile Optimization Guide -- step-by-step setup/optimization for local businesses. Photos, categories, review strategy, post schedule. | $197 | $0 (built once) | Local businesses get 50%+ of leads from Google Maps. This bonus alone can generate more ROI than the rebuild for service businesses. |
Leveraging Other People's Products (OPP Strategy)
The Bonus Creation Checklist says to use 4 escalating levels of OPP. You're currently at level 0.
| Level | What | Your Move |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1: Free OPP | Other people's free products as bonuses | Hotjar free plan setup. Google Analytics 4 setup. Microsoft Clarity free install. Canva Pro trial (30 days). These are free tools you set up FOR them -- perceived value is the setup, not the tool. |
| Level 2: Discounted OPP | Pre-negotiated discounts on tools they need | Partner with an email marketing tool (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Beehiiv) for an exclusive 3-month free trial or 30% off first year. "My rebuild clients get 3 months free on [tool]." |
| Level 3: Affiliate OPP | Same as Level 2 + you earn affiliate commission | Hosting affiliate (Cloudways, SiteGround), email tool affiliate, CRM affiliate (GoHighLevel). You recommend tools they need anyway -- might as well earn on it. |
| Level 4: Exclusive OPP | Pre-negotiated rates + exclusive features + affiliate | Future play: negotiate exclusive onboarding or templates with a tool provider. "My clients get a custom dashboard template in [CRM] that nobody else has." Requires volume first. |
Default Bonus Stacks (Not Optional -- Standard Per Offer)
Stop treating bonuses as a menu. Each offer gets a locked-in default stack. Present these AFTER the price on every single call.
The 14-Day Site Fix Sprint ($197) -- Default Bonuses
- B11: Website Conversion Roadmap -- stage-specific PDF + video (delivered instantly after purchase, $497 perceived value)
- B3: Heatmap Setup + 30-Day Read -- install Hotjar/Clarity, review data on the 30-day call ($297 perceived value). Forces them to show up to the call.
- Total perceived value: $891 for $197
The 14-Day Revenue Rebuild ($5,000) -- Default Bonuses
- B1: Competitor Teardown Report -- side-by-side vs top 3 competitors ($297 perceived value)

- Loyalty Credit: $250 credit toward any upsell after 6 months of continuity. "Stay 6 months, unlock $250 toward your next landing page or copy package."
Situation-Specific Bonus Combos (Layer On Top of Defaults)
Combo A: "The No-Brainer" (Cold Traffic)
- Attraction: Type 4 -- Buy Audit ($197) Get Competitor Teardown FREE
- Bonuses: B8 (Revenue Leak Calculator) + B5 (Priority Slot)
- Total perceived value: $197 + $297 + $197 + Priceless = $691+ for $197
- Best channel: Ads, cold DMs, cold email
Combo B: "The Prove It" (Skeptics)
- Attraction: Type 6 -- Free With Consumption. "Full audit, completely free. Card on file for $297. Do the work within 30 days -- no charge. Don't do the work -- you get charged."
- Bonuses: B3 (Heatmap Setup) + B2 (Mobile Audit)
- Total perceived value: $297 + $297 + $197 = $791 for FREE*
- Why this combo: The heatmap bonus forces them to show up to the 30-day call (consumption criteria). The mobile audit doubles the deliverable so it feels like a massive gift. Skeptics need to feel like they're getting way more than they're risking -- and here they're risking nothing if they do the work.
- Best channel: Cold leads who won't pay upfront, "I've been burned before" crowd, referrals who need convincing
- You can't lose: They do the work? Best rebuild candidates ever. They don't? You get $297 for a Loom.
Combo C: "The Launch" (Urgency)
- Attraction: Type 5 -- "Audit is $197 right now. On [date], it goes to $347. Same audit, just costs more if you wait." You actually raise the price. No fake deadlines.
- Bonuses: B1 (Competitor Teardown) + B6 (SEO Quick-Wins) + B5 (Priority Slot)
- Total perceived value: $197 + $297 + $247 + Priceless = $741+ for $197
- Why this combo: The deadline creates urgency on the price. The bonuses create urgency on the value -- "even if you wait and pay $347 later, you won't get the Competitor Teardown or the Priority Slot." Price goes up AND value goes down. Double reason to act now.
- Best channel: Email blasts, story posts, genuine price increases, capacity limits
- The rule: Only use this when you genuinely plan to raise the price. Say it, do it, never bring it back down.
Combo D: "The Premium" (High-Value Prospects)
- Attraction: Type 1 -- WYMB ($197)
- Bonuses: B9 (Wireframe Mockup) + B3 (Heatmap) + B8 (Revenue Leak Calculator)
- Total perceived value: $197 + $497 + $297 + $197 = $1,188 for $197
- Best channel: Warm leads, high-revenue businesses, 1-on-1 outreach
Combo E: "The Viral" (Growth Play)
- Attraction: Type 2 -- Giveaway (buy audit, enter to win free rebuild)
- Bonuses: B7 (Social Proof Toolkit) + B4 (Copy Swipe File)
- Total perceived value: $197 + $5,000 chance + $147 + $197 = massive
- Best channel: Social media, community posts, partnerships
18. Tone Rules -- How To Say It
The script is WHAT to say. Tone is HOW to say it. If every word does the right job, you use fewer of them. Fewer words = more persuasive closer.
What Stays the Same (Every Call, Every Loom, Every Voice Note)
| Rule | Why | How |
|---|---|---|
| Talk SLOWER | 150-170 words per minute. If a 15-min call goes perfectly, they spoke for 12 minutes and you spoke for 3. | Breathe between sentences. Let silence do the heavy lifting. Record yourself and count WPM until it's natural. |
| Talk LOUDER | Business owners are not on a therapy couch. They're here for business. Make sure they HEAR your offer. | Project. Not yelling -- authority. If you sound like you're in a library, you sound like you're unsure. |
| Talk CLEARER | Crisp. And. Clear. Keeps you at the right speed, displays confidence, makes you easier to understand on any connection quality. | Enunciate every syllable. Over-pronounce until it feels natural. "Clear beats clever every time." |
What Changes (Strategic Tone Shifts)
Pauses -- Your Most Powerful Weapon
Harvard, UCLA, and other studies showed a 23 to 40% increase in close rates by pausing for 8+ seconds after asking for the sale.
- Short pause (...): Draws attention to a word. "I have some suggestions... if you even want to hear them."
- Medium pause (.): End of a thought. Let it land. "Your site is losing customers every day."
- Long pause (--): Maximum attention. Use after price reveals, after asking for the sale, after dropping a hard truth. "The rebuild is $5,000. --" Then shut up.
"You will lose up to 40% of your deals if you don't shut up." After you ask the question, STOP TALKING. The first person to speak loses. This is not awkward -- this is closing.
Pitch (Highness/Lowness)
- Raise pitch at end = question. "John?" = "Hello, am I speaking with John?" One word, one job.
- Drop pitch at end = statement of fact. "Your site is losing customers." Authority.
- Better jobs = fewer words = efficient closing. If your tone is doing the work, you need half the script.
Where to Apply Tone (Annotated)
- Loom audits: Slower than you think. Pause before each major finding. Let the screenshot speak before you explain it. "And here... (PAUSE 3s) ...this is where you're losing them."
- DM voice notes: LOUDER and more energetic than your normal voice. These are tiny sales pitches. If you sound tired, they feel tired about your offer.
- 30-day results call: Slowest you'll ever speak. This is the close. Every pause is intentional. Price reveal -> 3 second pause -> guarantee stack -> 8 second pause -> "Which risk-free decision do you want to make?" -> SILENCE.
- Testimonial recordings: Warm, excited, encouraging. Make them feel like a star. "Wait -- that's incredible. Say that again."
19. Writing Guidelines -- Hormozi's 8 Rules
Apply to ALL copy: outreach DMs, landing pages, emails, PDFs, proposals, social posts. Audit everything you write against these 8 rules before sending.
| # | Rule | Bad Example | Good Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3rd grade reading level. If a 9-year-old can't understand it, rewrite it. | "We facilitate the optimization of your digital presence to maximize conversion metrics" | "We fix your website so more people buy from you" |
| 2 | Present voice. Not "When you're creating" -- "When you create." | "When you're looking at your website and you're noticing..." | "When you look at your website and notice..." |
| 3 | Active, not passive. Subject does the action. | "Your customers are being lost by your website" | "Your website loses customers" |
| 4 | Kill adverbs. No: very, super, way, actually, really, genuinely, basically. | "This actually improves your conversion rate really fast" | "This improves your conversion rate in 14 days" |
| 5 | Short sentences. One comma max. Two commas = cut the middle or split into 2 sentences. | "When you consider the fact that your website, which is the first thing people see, doesn't match your service quality, it creates a trust gap." | "Your website is the first thing people see. If it doesn't match your service quality, they don't trust you." |
| 6 | Positive language. Say what TO DO, not what NOT to do. | "Don't take blood money" | "Give refunds without questions" |
| 7 | Remove redundant words. If two words mean the same thing, cut one. | "completely free at no cost" | "free" |
| 8 | Remove unnecessary words. If removing a word doesn't change the meaning, remove it. | "I just want to make sure that this is going to be a good fit for you" | "I want to make sure this is a good fit" |
Copy Audit Checklist (Run Before Publishing Anything)
- Read it out loud. If you stumble, rewrite that sentence.
- Cut every adverb. Replace with a specific number or fact.
- Check every sentence for passive voice. Flip it.
- Remove every word that doesn't change the meaning if deleted.
- Check reading level. Paste into Hemingway Editor. Target: Grade 3-5.
- Read it to someone who knows nothing about web design. If they don't get it, simplify.
20. Offer Refresh Hierarchy -- Quarterly Rotation Plan
Same core offer. Different wrapper. Keeps your marketing fresh without changing your delivery. Easiest changes first, hardest last. Refresh every quarter using levels 1-3. Only touch levels 4-6 when you have data showing the offer is stale.
| Level | What Changes | Difficulty | Your Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Change the creative (images, thumbnails, ad visuals) | Easiest | New before/after screenshots from latest rebuild. Fresh case study images. Seasonal colors. |
| 2 | Change the body copy (ad text, email copy) | Easy | New pain point angle. Q4: "Your site needs to be ready for holiday traffic." Q1: "New year, new site." Summer: "Your competitors rebuilt their sites this spring -- did you?" |
| 3 | Change the headline / wrapper | Medium | Same Sprint, different name for the season. See rotation calendar below. |
| 4 | Change the duration | Medium | "7-Day Blitz" (shorter, more intense) vs "21-Day Deep Dive" (longer, more thorough). Test which converts better. |
| 5 | Change the enhancer (free/discount component) | Hard | Swap WYMB for Free With Consumption. Swap bonus stack. Add a new OPP partner bonus. |
| 6 | Change the monetization structure | Hardest | Price increase ($197 -> $297). New payment model. Revshare adjustment. Only do this with data. |
Quarterly Wrapper Rotation (Same Offer, New Paint Job)
- Q3 (Jul-Sep): "The Summer Revenue Sprint" -- "Fix your site before Q4 traffic hits. Most businesses lose their biggest sales season to a broken website."
- Q4 (Oct-Dec): "The Q4 Conversion Rescue" -- "Black Friday traffic is coming. Is your site ready to convert it? 10 spots this month."
- Q1 (Jan-Mar): "The New Year Revenue Reset" -- "Start the year with a site that works as hard as you do. Leave last year's broken website behind."
- Q2 (Apr-Jun): "The Spring Growth Sprint" -- "Your competitors rebuilt their sites last quarter. Here's what they know that you don't."
Rule: The Sprint deliverable, the WYMB criteria, the 30-day call, the rebuild pitch -- all stay identical. Only the landing page headline, ad copy, and seasonal framing change. Same bundle, different wrapper.
Industry Wrapper Rotation (Stack With Seasonal)
Run one industry focus per month alongside the seasonal wrapper:
- Month 1: Med Spa focus -- "The 14-Day Med Spa Revenue Sprint"
- Month 2: DTC focus -- "The 14-Day E-Commerce Conversion Sprint"
- Month 3: Contractor focus -- "The 14-Day Contractor Lead Sprint"
Same audit process. Same rebuild. Different landing page, different screenshots, different testimonials featured. The prospect sees their industry and thinks "this is built for ME."
21. Starving Crowd Research (200 Reddit Posts Analyzed)
Scraped and analyzed 200 real posts across r/smallbusiness, r/Entrepreneur, r/digital_marketing, r/marketing, r/ecommerce, r/PPC, r/webdesign, r/SEO, and r/startups. This is what people are ACTUALLY struggling with and where to find them.
The #1 Insight
People Blame Everything Except The Website
- They blame the ads. They blame the algorithm. They blame the pricing. They blame the niche. They blame the timing.
- The comments section is where someone finally says "it's your site."
- That's your opening. You're the person who shows them it's the website.
The 6 Pain Points (Ranked by Frequency)
Pain #1: "My site looks fine but does nothing" (MOST COMMON)
Not ugly sites -- sites that look OK but have zero conversion architecture. No clear CTA, too many options, no proof, homepage talks about the company instead of the customer's problem.
Real quotes from posts:
- "A website is not supposed to exist, it is supposed to work."
- "Most of those sites are not broken and they look fine, but they do nothing. No leads, no calls, no sales, just sitting there."
- "Most homepages have 4-6 different calls to action competing for attention."
- "You can't tell what they actually do in the first few seconds."
- "The homepage talks more about the company than the problem it solves."
Your offer for this crowd: Conversion Audit, First Impression Audit
Pain #2: "I'm spending on ads and my landing page is the bottleneck"
Marketers and business owners spending real money on Meta/Google ads. Good CTR, traffic coming, nothing converts. They think the ads are broken. The ads are fine -- the site is the problem.
Real quotes from posts:
- "Out of 600 page views, I got 2 conversions."
- "The ads have been generating good click-through rates... but disappointingly low conversion rates."
- "Spent $1,500 on ads, why am I not getting sales?"
- "91% bounce rate on my landing page."
- "50 add to carts with no sales."
- "170 sessions, 0 conversions. The failure is clearly post-click."
Your offer for this crowd: Marketing Multiplier Audit
Pain #3: "I don't know what to fix first"
Overwhelmed. They've tried changing button colors, shortening forms, adding phone numbers, rewriting copy. Nothing works because they're guessing instead of diagnosing.
Real quotes from posts:
- "I've tried most things. Different colour buttons, short forms, long forms. Nothing is working."
- "I have tried rebranding/redesigning my website a couple of times. First, I added a ton of products. Then I paired it way down. Now, its kind of..."
- "Before I start randomly changing buttons/colors, I want a structured approach."
- "What's the one thing you wish you had fixed on your website sooner?"
Your offer for this crowd: ANY audit + Website Conversion Roadmap
Pain #4: "My website grows harder to manage as my business grows"
Forms break. Mobile looks weird. Every change feels stressful. They stop touching the site entirely. This is the continuity play -- they need ongoing support.
Real quotes from posts:
- "Eventually you reach the point where you don't even want to touch the website anymore."
- "Something always breaks. The mobile version looks weird. A form stops working. Random spacing issues appear."
- "Every small change feels stressful."
Your offer for this crowd: Continuity ($197/mo strategy + hosting)
Pain #5: "No trust signals = no conversions"
No testimonials, no logos, no case studies, no numbers. Visitors have no reason to trust them. They don't even realize this is the problem.
Real quotes from posts:
- "No testimonials, no logos, no case studies, no numbers. You're basically saying 'trust us, just because'."
- "As a customer myself, I've skipped businesses simply because I couldn't find basic information online."
- "No professional email address. No way for customers to easily contact them."
- "I sell jewelry through Facebook marketplace and get orders in person. But my website doesn't convert."
Your offer for this crowd: First Impression Audit
Pain #6: "Ad-to-page mismatch"
The ad promises one thing, the landing page says something else. 3-second confusion = bounce. Specific, technical problem they can't see themselves.
Real quotes from posts:
- "There's a disconnect between what someone thinks they are clicking to and what they actually click to."
- "We use the same facebook ad as the typeform one, with some adaptations. Out of 600 page views, 2 conversions."
- "Your ad promises X. The landing page says Y. The visitor is confused in 3 seconds."
- "The quality of traffic seems stable. The audience hasn't changed. However, the conversion rate of landing pages that have been strong for more than a year has begun to decline."
